Default EBWerks .9 lb rear wing oem ram replacement PROJECT COMPLETED

In my never ending quest to shave weight from the rear of my 996 TT I just received these beauties from EBWerks in black annodized finish.
The entire OEM system is removed in favor of a simple manual adjustment.

Will document the R&R project later this week- stay tuned.

Where are those cotter pins located and how quick is it to adjust wing height?

Is that the max wing height in your picture?

Cool! When do you plan on putting them on the car? I'm curious to see how they look once on your car! Please keep us updated. I really like the black annodizing! once they're on can you take a pic of it in the full height setting? I have the dreaded spoiler failure and this would be a great solution until I figure out whether I want to go Fixed GT2 route or with Dave's eRams.

Raising that spoiler at 75 mph will take some real skills.

Joking of course; It looks well made. What's on the other side of the pin to keep it from coming loose in your engine compartment?

The pins have a pressure ball at the ends which hold them in place.

OK buying this as my hydraulic system was removed prior to purchase. Good option. I wonder if they can anodize mine in Orange. It says custom color.
