Default Oil Leak Help

While under the car doing an oil change, I noticed some leakage/seepage from these two spots. I am trying to pinpoint what the issues are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The one seepage point is at the turbo oil reservoir as seen in the picture. Should I just tighten this more?

Second issue is where it is more wet,. Zip tie is holding oil line temporarily while new bolt is arriving. No clue what this could be.

The top photo. The turbo oil sump line connection has at least one, and maybe two O rings. Loosen the fitting and replace O rings.

I am pretty sure you can just replace the O rings on the fitting.

I think you have three possible leaks.
1) One of the two Cam Housing Scavenge pump oring >>we are seeing this leak on higher mileage engines
2) The aluminum crush washer as 32krazy has mentioned. You will have to drop the line on both sides and remove the fitting.
3) The turbocharger sump tank scavenge line fitting removed, cleaned and Loctite flange sealant applied

the way to solve this is to first clean everything you can. no way you can trace the leak with all that grool everywhere. once its clean you will be able to see were the leak originates.

Thank you guys. Yes, cleaned it all off. Just took the pictures to show where the oil was accumulating.
Hopefully nothing more serious.

Firstly i would get rid of the cable tie and buy the proper clamp to stop vibration through the stainless return line, this wont be helping the situation.

So, I ended up replacing the cam housing scavenge pump o-ring.

Upon idle, I am now hearing a chattering sound from that one cam housing scavenge pump. Best way to describe it is 993 with bad hydraulic lifters. Did I not align it properly when re-installing?

did you remove the housing? the gear on the housing has to align with the end of the exhaust cam . if it doesnt you can break the teeth off the end of the cam

Yes, removed the housing. I will pull it off tomorrow and make sure it is aligned. I was very careful to make sure it was aligned, but will look again. Did not drive the car, just had it idling.

hopefully you havent damaged the cam. the leak is likley the crush washer on the end of the hard line not the orings inside the cam housing.
