That thing did scrub up pretty good! This reminds my of one time I cleaned a 4 barrel motorcycle carburetor on the kitchen table while the GF was out. The house smelled like gasoline and B-12 for a week. Needless to say that was the last time I did that :/

Despite the structural integrity concern, I'm still tempted to do this as well. Looks like a good modification, and I'd bet it is an actual upgrade.

They have " Make Offer" ebay option. I offered $35 & they took $40.00.

I used wire brush/steel wool & orange citrus degreaser.
Goes in nxt week.

Nice... Cosmoline is a bitch. I used degreaser and pressure washer, then said screw it, put it in the cabinet and media blasted it.
