Default What is the most expensive Porsche 996?

Just wondering what is the most expensive 996 out there? Mind is a 2002 turbo x50 w/aero kit was $157,480.00 new.

Gt2 is a twin turbo with more HP and rear wheel, drive only! Below that is the 996tt with X50 or now known as turbo S!
If your asking how much is the most expensive 99tt, that would be in the $140k range in its day.

That's different than your original question.

The "996" includes the non-turbocharged model as well as the 996 Turbo, 996 GT2, and 996 GT3.

I think the OP's point is that his TT was more expensive than anyone else's...(non GT)

Of course a lot of expensive options in 2002 aren't worth jack today...

You could spend $10K+ from the factory adding 'dark wood' all over the car... Yuck!
And $3,540 for PCM, utterly useless today.
$1,795 for deviating seat insert color... Only seen it once and it was hideous.
Not to mention an extra $3,500 for tiptronic!

My midnight blue / black interior 2003 TT was $159,120 - 6 spd, aerokit, X50, BEAUTIFUL light wood full interior package, PCM and other misc stuff. It is the highest MSRP I have ever seen on a 996TT but still missing the embossed headrests (I guess in a nod to less embellishment on a aerobat full wood package car....).

I'd love to see what that interior looks like!
