2003 911 turbo electrical issues....interior lights won’t turn off!

Thanks all of you. I’m going to try changing the ignition switch and see what happens.

Put new ignition switch in. No changes interior lights stay on. I’m wondering if it’s a relay switch but I don’t know anything about the relay switche.

I've also occasionally encountered an issue with my interior lights staying on.

In my case, It seems related to the order or speed of opening/closing doors, or frunk with remote fob - that is, I pull into the garage, get out of car, open frunk, close, and then the courtesy lights delay never goes off.

It's only happened a few times, so it hasn't been an issue. My sense of it is there is some programming in a module somewhere, that fails if I step through the above too quickly, or in a "strange" order.

Anyways just another data point.
