Putting stop leak in a localized easily replaced component like this sounds better to me, which version did you use and is it holding?
I need to pull mine apart and put in Kevin's repair kit, or try your approach, or put on my gt2 wing...none of which can be done from the couch...
Putting stop leak in a motor I plan to drive long term wouldn't be my fix, it's effect on other components would concern me.
I did use some grey powder in an old e30 M3 I had for a couple years. Every couple months I'd add an ounce or two and it held up for a couple years until rebuilding it to fix the problem permanently.

When I "flushed" the system, I noticed that there was definitely a lot of fluid missing from the system, and in hindsight, my rams were leaking more than I had realized.
After flushing the system with the 50/50 mix, I still see seepage on the bottom caps of the rams, but the spoiler has been functioning perfectly with no warning light for ~5-6 months now.
I don't think my results are so successful that I necessarily want to be advocating it, but all things considered, I'm very happy I did it. And it actually was less of a pain than I expected (I'm no expert mechanic).
OP, the painted sides look sweet!

sorry but that front bumper with 4 different types of light makes me dizzy.
I guess it matches the rear bumper though
Glad to see you do to your car what you like...that is how it is supposed to be...enjoy your car.
oh, and clean your garage

Stop-leak, if it produces negative effects in the coolant system, will not just affect the radiators, but probably the $$$ 996TT engine as well. Comparisons with race teams which use it even if there aren't leaks are not really valid since we are comparing that to a street vehicle that will have this stuff sitting inside it for years or even decades. Race teams regularly tear down and rebuild engines and most other car systems so they don't really care about the long-term effects of stop-leak in their engines. To the OP, if I were you I would have the coolant system flushed when you have the radiators replaced.

Sorry,,it was a last set. Also by the time it was shipped to US,, with tax and shipping it would be better to buy them on Ebay.

I may have put stop leak in my radiator ,, but will never do it on the spoiler.
Simply take them out and send them away to http://www.p-speed.de/
For under USD 400 you will have like new, for next 15 years.
There is another one,,Klaus a German guy working out of Oregon,, but he seeems to have suspended Porsche.
