Yep, original owner.
I ordered my 2002 Turbo in November 2001, after having spent about seven months on the waiting list to get a build slot. My car completed production on December 12, 2001, and was delivered on January 9, 2002.
Here it is sitting in the showroom of Jim Ellis Porsche in Atlanta the night I picked it up on the 9th of January; Polar Silver/Metropol Blue with sunroof delete:

Yes. I picked it up in May 2004, have put 113K miles on it, and never get tired of driving it.

I've only twice been tempted to replace it: once with a blue and grey 997.1 Turbo Cab (just before the engine change) and once with a hardly-driven 2013 Guards Red 991.1 Turbo coupe that was a smoking deal.
