Race Car
Lowest price 996TT (running and in good condition) I ever saw was when I was looking to buy several years ago. It had around 150k miles and was in the mid-upper $20k's, so such a price is not unheard of but probably pretty rare.

I replied to the ad it was priced for 29k with 82k miles. It's a artic silver on black 6 speed car. After getting there and seeing the car.i decided if I wanted it to be perfect it would need a paint job so i offered them 19k. After a few negotiations we settled on 23k. Funny story is at first I turned the car down for 23k. And started home. I talked to a few friends on the drive who basically told me I was bat **** crazy for letting the deal go. I called them back and the mom told me they took the car to the Chevy dealer to see what trade in would be on a Spark, lol. Turns out trade in was 26k! I thought I lost it and was sick to my stomach. It wasn't til about 9pm that I got a call that the dealer was giving them the run around so if I wanted it I could have it. It was all luck that's it. Fast forward to now and it's painted and I'm enjoying every minute I get to drive it. Here's the day I picked it up til now.

There is a good chance this dealership does not even exist. If you look at rest of their inventory, it's all pretty damn cheap. Also, if you Google Map his address, you can see from the street view some old looking dealership/body shop.
Basically, it's a new modern scam. Set up a fake website, load up the inventory with someone else's cars, mark them super cheap, and use address of some place that has cars for sale in front of it.
Here are things you can do to avoid being ripped off:
Look at the street view on Google and find a business next to it or nearby that has a visible phone number posted by their name. Give them a call and verify if such dealer is actually at that address. Also, call the dealer and tell him/her that you are coming to see the car right away. If they find some excuse why not, then you know it's a scam. Or if they say, come right ahead, then call them little later and pretend you are at the address but can't find it. If they don't show any interest to help you find your way, then it's a scam.

Also, if it's <$30k and doesn't need a paint job, it's probably a scam.
