I had a terrible experience with them in 1999 and never went back. They are bad people.

I had emailed them and left several messages about buying a 996TT from them a while back...and they never returned my email or my phone calls. Oh well...Their loss!

I was supposed to have a CD changer installed in my 03 TT there on Friday.

I showed up and out of a hunch, asked if they had the parts they needed. They said sure we do, we put it all aside for you. They said as long as the car is not an 04 you don't need the fiber optic cable. I said the 03s use the new fiber optic cabling. They said they did not. I said you'd better check again.

So I went home without a CD changer and a wasted morning.

Now I have another appointment for Wednesday to try it again.

Your post makes me nervous. Should I cancel?

Don't feel too bad guys. I once had a perfect BMW 850i dropped off the rack at the dealership. The car sustained $18,000 in damage (bent in the middle, flattened rims, blown out fenderwells), and they tried not to tell me.
My Porsche dealer has been great, but I start with a whole different perspective. AS

After my CD changer fiasco I returned to Huntington Porsche on Wednesday to try again.

I promptly received a loaner car and another apology from Bill. They did the job for me and extended a 20% discount due to their error.

SO in the end, it worked out. The only thing i notice is the lack of professionalism from Bill. He openly uses foul language and really is not a "brushed" personality. Not the typical person you want directly dealing with your customers.

Guys, I agree, that dealership is not good, especially Efrim the Sales Manager, they lie, lie, lie, I hope they go out of business soon, Porsche will one day wake up and get tough with morons like these.

Stay away!
