We are just coming into our prime driving season... winter! Cool, dry, and loaded with northerners.

1400 miles since 10-14. Firm ride not objectionable at all. Steering is best of any 911's I've had. Engine sounds are fantastic, especially above 6 or 7K!! If I stay out of jail with this car I'll be lucky... Xenons, painted seat backs and center console, thick wheel, crests in seats, Arctic silver ( all my cars are silver or white- I'm colour blind.) Only problem- the brake ducts are REAL low- interaction with dead possum in road- brake duct lost... that's why they make black duct tape! Did I say I love this car????

Sloth, tell ya what, since you've got folks visiting the weekend of the Sebring DE this month I'll trade you my Boxster S for the weekend and put a couple of days of track miles on those PCCB rotors for you. This way it'll be all broke'd in for the Jan & Feb events.

2400 miles since Sept. 1.

I drive it almost daily, but I don't commute, so mileage stays pretty low.

Cobalt Blue over standard black, PCCB, Xenon, some CB trim on the dash.
No A/C, stereo, or cruise.
B&M shift lever.
TechArt pedals, shift ****, steering wheel (340mm).
GT3 seats, console, rollbar; Schroth 6-point harnesses.
Lots of details (sawed off OBC stalk, removed sill plates, etc.)

Very happy with the car in every respect (with the possible exception that I'm withholding judgement on PCCB for now). Wish I'd ordered thicker steering wheel, but just to have it on the official options specification for the vehicle - the TechArt is a great mod. Otherwise, very pleased with all option selections/deletions.

I will use the car 6 or 8 times a year at DEs, and try to stay out of trouble the rest of the time.
