are the pads interchangeably the same? thanks. i searched but no can find.

I believe so, but check with Andreas at Pagid USA. OEM yellow is not the same as Pagid RS19 yellow. OEM yellow is a derivative designed for more comfort (less noise).

I have the steel rotors with yellow pads (same pads as with ceramics?) but they squeak like crazy- only have 600 miles on the car and haven't really hit the brakes hard yet. Hope the noise lessens with the miles!

skl, brake HARD from high (safe) speed a few consecutive time, squeak will be gone for a few days. then repeat above.

Mooty, I don't think you'll have to force me! Can't wait to get the magic 1K miles on it. Trying to be good as I plan on keeping this car for a while! I've had the same 914 for over 30 years!
That first run to 8000 rpm will be something...

skl, that's goo dto hear. the sound at 8000rpm is quite amazing. i got 1800 miles in 3 weeks (just weekend driving

The PCCB pads installed on the GT2 are the same as those installed on the GT3.

they are the same P90 pads.

these should be the part numbers.
996 351 948 01 Front Axle Brake Pad/1 set
996 352 948 90 Rear Axle Brake Pad/1 set
