996 RS rear spoiler
The search continues - new PMNA is silly $$$ and used are not far behind.
I checked directly with Manthey, and their supplier is on hold/having issues that may or may not ever be resolved. Same idea from Gert at Carnewal.
Sooooo...
Who's next in terms of quality. Looking to get as close to OE as possible, including mounting hardware/design that's been thought through.
Any thoughts on GMG? Would love to get some feedback on quality, fit, finish, mounting HW. Advertised as factory quality... is it even close?

Well, one of the most important things to confirm is it uses the OEM mount points and comes with all the hardware. I am not familiar with their Wing, but in general they typically make quality parts. I never thought purchasing an OEM RS wing would be a good investment

Lots of local guys have the Getty RS wing. It's s direct bolt on and great quality.. Still a bit of prep involved filling pin holes and such prior to paint or clear coat. I run the Getty 63" cup wing and it's a nice piece too

Thanks for the recommendations guys - and yes, we'd all love to see some detailed shots of the fit/finish of both GMG and Getty, and probably more importantly, the mounting assembly. And the side plates, while we're at it.
Cheers

GMG wing is a quality piece. Fit and finish is exceptional, and is an exact copy of the factory RS wing with identical mounting tabs. Its a direct bolt on and you can utilize the factory shims to adjust wing angle. The pic at Road America has the 8 degree shims I had painted to match as they are red from the factory.

I wanted something that was wind tunnel tested, which meant OEM or Manthey but if GMG is identical, and can save big $$$, then it will be worth a shot. I found the car much more planted on the track after installation.

Matt, I dug through some old photos and found pictures of my Getty fiberglass wing raw before I sent it to paint. I know it's not the carbon model but hopefully these help. I spray bombed it black and ran it like this while experimenting with balance of the car and dive planes and what not and then finally took everything off and had it painted.
