I lost one of the 28mm zirconium ceramic inserts on my caliper and Porsche does not sell these separately.

I was hoping someone here has done the SS Piston conversion and has some left.

You can get them from PMNA as part of a caliper rebuild kit... Includes seals, pistons, and pucks...
