Can be made to work with a ~ 1" alu spacer (from any machine shop).

This is interesting... any other downsides to Cup Car parts?

Do the 997 cups fit the same as 996 or do they have the fork mounts too.

Thanks!
Henry

997 will not fit 996
you can get them to work, but why. i can get 12" wheels to work too. but why.

cup car parts are beat to hell. i have many, what parts do you want. all beat.
once i used up my cup parts, i throw them away. others sell them.

My dampers are 997 cup fitment. The mounting point on the 997 "cup" is similar to that of the 996 but higher on the upright, hence the need for the spacer (dampers are shorter).

Fair point -- I'm guessing 'gently used' doesn't really apply to 10 year old cup cars

I'll stick with the OEM bilstein rebuild and some 700/900 springs.

(while looking for some used double adj Motons/JRZs because I'm being a cheapskate )

I have gently used cup doors, trans, engine, as well as lightly shattered half axles and bent hood, a few cracked windshield . I will discount them for u.

even two bent tubs that u can fuse together. one hit front, one hit rear.

I can get u JRZ, marajuana, MCS, ecstasy as well as ohlin. just bring me the greenbacks.
