Hey guys,
There are plenty of times that I am looking for opinions. When I do, I welcome all sources, and then form my own conclusions.
GoFish: There is nothing any more random in my comments than in perhaps yours. I do not go around arbitrarily bashing folks, and by the same token - this being the community it is, and I feel a certain loyalty to it - do not want to see other have a similar experience as I did. I don't know how or what would play out, but I feel a certain responsibility to indicate, at least in this case, a complete lack of satisfaction.
That said, the OP can and should form their own opinion.

Just as another data point I too have had very excellent service at Dan Jacobs. I completely trust them and find them to be competent, knowledgeable and most willing to listen and then counsel on what's best for me.

Thanks guys. Both of those shops sound like pretty good recommendations.
I guess I should try to be a little more specific with location. Looking for something as nearby to Spring Valley, NY as possible. Powertech was about 40 miles away, which is probably a little far to be reasonable for a PPI.
Does that location specificity help at all?
Thanks,
JA
