Hey guys,

There are plenty of times that I am looking for opinions. When I do, I welcome all sources, and then form my own conclusions.

GoFish: There is nothing any more random in my comments than in perhaps yours. I do not go around arbitrarily bashing folks, and by the same token - this being the community it is, and I feel a certain loyalty to it - do not want to see other have a similar experience as I did. I don't know how or what would play out, but I feel a certain responsibility to indicate, at least in this case, a complete lack of satisfaction.

That said, the OP can and should form their own opinion.

Why is it ok to post positive experiences about a service facility and not negative ones? I should think they are at the very least equally important.

Just as another data point I too have had very excellent service at Dan Jacobs. I completely trust them and find them to be competent, knowledgeable and most willing to listen and then counsel on what's best for me.

When asked what foods I like I don't respond about foods I don't like. He asked for positive referrals- Again. I just got uppity when I heard a negative about Dan.

I guess I should try to be a little more specific with location. Looking for something as nearby to Spring Valley, NY as possible. Powertech was about 40 miles away, which is probably a little far to be reasonable for a PPI.

Does that location specificity help at all?

Thanks,

Try Rick Deman at Deman motorsports. About 15-20 minutes from spring valley. Very experienced with GT3's.
