Serge - I started by building a tool to press them out, looked very similar to yours. Snapped three bolts and the bushing didnt budge. My arms may have experienced more years of weather and road grime than the ones in your photo. Could also be that the bolt I used wasnt as high a grade, but I had a lot of force on it. For me, the hole saw method was by far the easiest. It's not like I'll be needing those rubber bushings anyways.

Yes and no. There is no elegant way of removing the inner bushings on the rear control arms.
You have to first pry up the flanges on the inner bushings. I used a punch and hammer. Once you've done that, you can press them out.
