Anyone recognize this 996 GT3?
Anyone recognize the GT3? I think it spent most of its life in Florida and was tracked and crashed at least once.

I think it was the one crashed at Homestead about 8 months ago at a "hooked on driving" event. That one was silver but I do not remember the orange accents. This is fun whiling away the hours but why can't these people get the straight answers from the owners?

I think this car is for sale locally (now Illinois). Seems the asking price ($47k?) might indicate the car had seen an "incident". But I haven't seen it in person.

I have the Carfax. It is far from clean. Was also told it needs a clutch.

Hey, for 35K maybe you can overlook the issues. For 48K that it's listed for there have been much cleaner cars available.

Agreed. They won't come down much from the $48k.

Well, they are a dealer and paid too much for a car. They can afford to leave it sitting there for another year or two.

They will find a buyer at that price - it just won't be an informed buyer!
