is this the correct mount for euro gt3 seats?

No, that will not work with the Euro GT3 seats.

Here's a photo of the Sharkwerks mount on Euro GT3 seats in my Cayman. The mount is designed to work with a Safeco extinguisher but I easily adapted to an Amerex.
