Bars should still be considered but they're a bit of a bigger swing and will change the attitude of the car everywhere in the corner. You might find that this is overall what you need in the end.

GOOD shocks can make enough of a difference in the attitude of the car to really be felt. Particularly when you're trying to make adjustments for one part of the corner not the whole corner. If the car was oversteering on entry and mid corner and exit then sure make that big swing with the bars and again you may eventually get there, but if you're just trying to fix corner exit and like the entry and mid turn feel then shocks are where you should really start since you have them at your disposal.
