It's quite easy to do. I bought my harnesses from TRG from Austin just before he left and he recommended those instead of the 3/2. I liked the idea of having 3in belts to help distribute the force if needed.

3 inch will work with Hans but it overlaps alittle bit on outside edge. No need to get a 2/3 if u have a 3. You should read Schroth website on Hans compatible harness as well as Hans website too. Mike

Good luck! That is how it started with me. Now, 2 p cars and 1 race car later, I'm still hooked! It's like crack. Keep driving and forget mods. Just do the safety stuff. When you get better then buy a race car, already built and you'll spend much less money. If you're stubborn like me and do stupid amounts of track time and coaching, you'll get better quicker...much quicker than 5 years.
