Sinbala is only famous for their sausage and their fried chicken nuggets. The shaved ice is pretty good, but I don't know why nobody use sugra water here like they do in Taiwan, they all use that condensed milk crap.
May is only good for beef noodle soup and the pork chop rice.
Bummer. My buddy is from Arcadia and used to live in the Bay Area, he said the same thing, I just thought that can't be true given the large FOB population up there. But if true, that sucks.

sinbala does use brown sugar water. That's why it's good. They have sharp blade so ice is thin. But Taiwan ice is even thinner. Like cotton fluf
