i studied architecture in school and was an architect. we dont see much concrete structure in USA, though it is my favorite building material.

Thank you for the wing remark. I'm from Portugal and we a very strong architect philosophies and influence on concrete. You probably heard about Siza Vieira. He influenced many architects around here.

Siza, of course.
it interesting to juxtapose Portuguese monochromatic solids to Spanish/Mexican intense colors (Barrigan and Legoretta) to Japanese' machine aesthetic (Ito, Ando and Takamatsu)


then we have the american 2X4 stick architecture haha
