mine broke in a race at road atlanta - replaced on the spot with a cup car piece and no problems in close to a year now.

Just reviving this oldy but goody. My OEM shift linkage crapped out this weekend while I was driving. Godd think it was stuck in third so I could make it home. At the house, I was able to push the linkage back onto the ball, but moving the gear lever popped it back off.

I am going to use Rockitman's writeup to replace mine. But it is sure a PITA to get the console out with a roll bar in...
