You can get some pretty light rim halves but they also tend to bend easy if you are the curb banging type.

I've had 4 sets of ForgeLines and have yet to have a single problem. When I get another set they will be ForgeLines.

Dymag are offering carbon fibre wheels (metal spokes), although I'm not sure if they've quite finished the testing + development yet. They look pretty good, although like everyone else I worry what would happen if one shattered.
