It's a very small market so hard to really predict, but high quality lower mile examples (10K-30K) seem to go for $150-200K, so perhaps $120K-150k? Too many miles for most "collectors", which is fine, they are meant to be driven.
If condition less than excellent plus, or if it is modified, or not fully documented, less. And perhaps an additional negative pressure from the somewhat wonky sports car market right now.
Buying or selling?

it is a hard market to judge nowadays, low mile white '04 just sold at $401k USD https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/w...11-gt2/1397646

A clean and stock GT2 with 55k is probably around what pfbz said $120-150k. If it's a 2001 then it's not one of the 300 PCNA cars because those weren't brought here till 2002. I suspect the USA cars will pull a little more but who knows. If it's a 2001 then it probably doesn't have PCCB and that seems to pull a premium here in the USA where it doesn't in the world market. I found that interesting when I was searching for a 2004 GT3RS recently. So I would think it would apply to the same era GT2.

If you are talking about the car being offered by the Canadian Porsche dealer at 199k Canadian, its a Japanese Market car so I don't believe it can simply be imported without a show and display DOT designation (mileage limitation of around 2,000 or 2,500 miles per year IIRC) or fully federalizing it (very pricey). Plus that car has non-stock seats. I believe these are the factors holding back that car (which isn't a horrible deal at 150k-ish US).
