Default CARB compliant catalytic converters for 996 GT3?

Cats are done, smog is due, and Porsche OEM replacements are back ordered. Any other bolt on options to pass smog in CA?

Cheap aftermarket parts like MagnaFlow and DEC aren’t exact fit, and I’m not seeing any other CA alternatives. Hmmm.

I have the same issue but in Maryland. Hopefully someone has a recommendation/suggestion.

Two years ago, I ha “Cat not ready” require the replacement of not only the drivers side cat but a oxy sensor as well. The car will be due it’s next smog check by the Republic of Ca in April. Got my fingers crossed that it passes without having to replace the other side. Those cats from theFaherland ain’t cheap.

FVD sells an x-pipe with 200 or 100 cell cats.

Looks like it bolts to stock hardware but haven’t had time to confirm yet.

Check the F/S adverts.
