Default SoCal POC events 1st Quarter 2019

2/2 2/3/19 Porsche Owners Club (POC) Willowsprings: A 9 turn track, with where you can put your foot into it after turn 9, (should you have the need), you'll get into 5th gear before turn 1. Assuming you know what you are doing, and get a good run out of Turn 9, you could see 145 mph+ before braking for Turn 1.

POC offers three (3) programs:
Performance Drivers Series, entry level to intermediate drivers, passing restrictions,
Time Trial (My niche), Open Passing,
Club Racing, wheel to wheel.

3/9 3/10/19 POC Buttonwillow, awesome track, very technical, and lots of run off should you feel the need for an off track excursion.

Default Garages Buttonwillow 3/9 3/10

Buttonwillow has garages for rent. I believe they are $200 a weekend, hold 2 cars, so $100 a head for a garage. It would be great to get a contingent of 6GT3 cars to attend this event and to rent side by side garages, maybe six cars? There is also the possibility I can get a very handy and knowledgable Porsche "wrench" to attend this event to provide support. Probably be $1,200 a weekend, divided by 6, $200 a head for a weekend of track support. The guy I am thinking of is also very knowledgable about data logging and can interpret the data, providing real life "go fast" tips. Let me know if you are interested.
