Ferodo DS1.11 and brake bias
Question to those running DS1.11s in the front, what are you running in the back to get more rear bias? I'm switching to 350mm rear rotors and am looking for pad recommendations.
Thanks!

Disc diameter, piston size, and pad compound all impact brake torque. If you're increasing the size of your rear discs, you will be increasing the amount of rear brake bias. The change won't be great (assuming you're going from 330mm to 350mm, but you will have more rear brake torque. You may want to try it first to see how it feels. If you still want more rear bias, the Ferodo DSUNO has slightly higher mu than the DS1.11, and a slightly rising torque curve. It will grab a little more as it gets hotter.
If you go too far on the rear brake torque however, the car becomes unstable. You never want your rears locking up before the fronts. That's an unstable condition, and the car can swap ends in a brake zone.
Hopefully that is helpful.
