Anyone know this car?

This beauty really caught my eye. The location is a concern because it may be difficult to find a PPI shop within a reasonable distance. I thought I’d post and ask on the off chance that someone here might recognize the car and know any history.

Wow price is low for such a clean low mileage car. Those seem to be closer to $85K lately, cars with 40-60K miles seem to be in the $75K range usually. I love white 911's. Go grab it!
Worth finding out, aside from history, accidents, etc, if the coolant pipes have been welded and if the LSD has been replaced. You will need to do both of those things if not, which may reflect the lower price point.

Big option car too (ceramics, full leather, cruise, etc). I’m fairly pessimistic compared to most when it comes to values of our cars, but this is one instance where I feel the car deserves the asking price. If it checks out and really is unmolested and as clean as it looks with no stories you and everyone else shopping would be dumbnot to jump on it quickly.

I have nearly the same car......there were less than 40 in Carrara White..You could have the car flat bedded to a shop such as 911 Design. Get the DME Report and that will tell you it's worth going after. It is priced right. And of course you'll want a CarFax, and maintenance records if available. Shop around for a Porsche Used Car Warranty
The PCCB brakes cam on my car I replaced them with iron rotors for the track. The PCCB brake for street use, are rumored to be good for 300,000 kilometers..They will cost a small fortune to replace, when it's time. I didn't want to take a chance
Urban legend, or real necessity? I agree on the coolant pipes, the engine should eventually be dropped and the coolant pipes welded. This will be a big $$$ bite, $2,500 to $3,000. In the course of the PPI, the tech may be able to determine if the pipes are weeping or loose.
As far as mandatory replacement of the LSD, if it's not going to be a serious track car, it may not be necessary In the course of the PPI, the LSD can be checked for function. I have done 6 track days on my car, and the LSD works great....maybe one of the previous owners replaced it on my car? I do have a 4 plate Guard system just waiting to go in should I have a problem.
I attempted to post pics of my Carrara White car, no luck. PM me with an email and I'll email a few shots to you.

Agreed
You have competition.
I could live with two 6 GT3s for a short while
My house might be the closest PPI shop......................
Just kidding, trying to motivate you.
If you are shopping for 6 GT3, call them NOW

I may have the nearly identical*** car available in a few weeks, being marketed and sold for me by Brent Smith at Smith Volvo in San Luis Obispo, CA
Brent has had 20+ GT3s over time, he knows these cars.
The car is:
Carrara White, 1 of about 40 in the N. American market in this color,
13,XXX miles,
PCCB Brakes
Clean Car Fax
Clean Oil Report
Good DME Report
Radiator Screens
Litronic Light Upgrade,
Console delete,
Cruise Control,
Covered in XPEL
Coolant pipes welded
Interior and exterior car covers
***It has been to to 4 DEs over the past year, and was fitted with 350mm Iron Rotors (2 piece on front), slotted 997 Turbo slotted rotors on the rear. These rotors and Pagid pads will be made available as an option.
The PCCBs went on the shelf prior to the first DE. There will be re-installed.
Since I have not 100% committed to sell the car, pricing has not been established, but rest assured, it won't be cheap.
