"I remember leather vents being an orderable option on my 991.1 GT3. I regretted not ordering them, but when it came time to order my 991.2 GT3, the option was removed. It's also removed from the 991.2 GT3 RS ordering.
Anyone know why? "

As an owner of a 996.2 and 991.2 GT3 I follow both the forums. I have to say the entire PTS and options threads are barely recognizable from back in the day when I was ordering my 996. I am at a loss for words in describing some of those discussions, but to each his own.
I did get full leather and some minor options, but I paid $0 for my GR paint. I learned my lesson 14 years ago when I paid $3k for Cobalt Blue; it's nice but doesn't make or define the car.

and yes i had to bite my tongue and sometime put blinders on my eyes with all the CXX option.

There's a reason we're all seeking refuge here on the forums... gone were the days when 6RSes were orderable only in white and the only option was PCCB...
