WTB 6GT3 front & rear shocks
Per title, need a set of front & rear shocks for my 2004 GT3. Will be lucky if I put 500 miles on my car this year and will be only street miles. Next year I will spend the money on a good set but really just looking for a set that do not leak as two of mine decided to do over the winter. Thanks

Thanks for the replies & PM's. Burger, with so little time to drive this year I am in no big rush. Trying to get a value on the used stock ones and second guessing it's a good idea to put 14 year old shocks on that may do what mine just did.

The stock shocks are rebuildable, but Bilstein isn't doing them anymore. As an option, if you can find someone who rebuilds Bilstein on the side, that might be a decent option to avoid going aftermarket.

I have a set as well, 600/800 spring rating with valving to match. they were rebuilt at about 30k miles and I took off the car at 45k and replaced with Ohlin as I was driving more on the street and these are harsh.
I am thinking $500 + shipping. In box and ready to go.

Hello rodneyer and, DFWCanuck,
I am interested in finding a set of shocks also. Won't get in the way of any 9caregiver deal , but would like more info on those that are available. What is stock spring rate anyway?
Thanks, feel free to pm.
