Makes sense. I apparently need to try to take wing angle out of mine I've got the RS wing at 8 degrees and can almost go slat through 2 and still on my best lap saw 153mph. With the stock ring and pinion and same wing setup I saw about 147-148

I did run a 2:01 with that setup though so maybe outright speed on the straight isn't everything. Interesting data point none the less.

I run the same wing and same 8 deg. My car has done 1:58 several times, although I generally choose not to drive it that hard. I hangs in 2:01-2:02 generally. This is all on R7’s. One day I will try a full slick.

You should be flat through two. No lifting till bus stop after one.
