Who's GT3 did I see pulled over on the 22 today!?
It was about 2:45 PM (Thanksgiving Day), and it looked like your GT3, Mike, same Speed Yellow, with wing and all! Was it you?
It was like the 22 westbound, just before the 605/405 Interchange. Not that many cars like yours around, so I was wondering if it was you, or someone's similar to yours, or someone on here.
For the record, took much control not to pull over and chat, and tick off the CHP!

The 22 freeway, just before the 605 and 405 exchanges, in Orange County, California; if you get on the N 405, you go right up the coast into Los Angeles within 30 minutes (when there's no traffic, of course).
MetalSolid, obviously not you, your's is black; besides, they seem to leave the black Porsches alone in general.

I was once followed by an unmarked cop car while driving the GT3 at night, everyone else on the road was shooting pass them, well above the speed limit, but they just kept on my tail... Dang cops and their color profiling, either they liked GT3s or wanted a yellow GT3 notch on their citation belt.

Ah, that's what I get for not reading the details, lol. I just saw black for your sig. I see that you didn't mention the color of your GT3!
They were definitely gunning for sports cars and 18 wheelers yesterday, really wierd. Saw a black Trans Am pulled over after that on the other side, along with a Lincoln Continental. They apparently were trying to meet their quota, going for those they felt had money.
Anyway, I also spotted a pretty orange 912, beautiful condition. A 944, 928, and a few I didn't quite make out, so tossed them into the 911 category.
But it was a nice, uncrowded drive until I reached LAX.

If you have the guts to own this car...
...then you should have the guts to admit it was you, pulled over at the side of the road!
Come on, be a man about it, I won't laugh. It was a very lovely car, just would like to talk with the owner about it.

I've only ever seen one other yellow GT3 in southern Cali, driving by me in the canyons - he never waved back but his friend infront did. A friend also saw a yellow GT3 in the Encino area, he said it had some funky private plate. How many yellow GT3s in southern Cali that post regularly on Rennlist...?

Weeeell, I guess it's possible he's not on Rennlist...I would have pulled over and given him a Rennlist card if it was on a city street, after the cop left, but I'm not stupid enough to stop on the freeway for that, lol!
