Default What is this part number?

I have a 2002 996 C2. I seem to be missing the black panel at the top of the image with the Mobil One sticker. Anyone know the part name and number? Thanks in advance.

It's the first part #12 here http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-parts/hardparts.php?dir=996-99-05&section=803-07

It holds the spoiler driving motor and mechanism.

Ahsai, Thanks for the response. Makes sense why it isn't there anymore.

I have the Carrera rear spoiler also, from the factory. I have never seen a factory parts diagram that includes it. Mine had been removed and repainted at one point by a PO and reinstalled with incorrect hardware. I'd love to get the right bolts but have never found a diagram. FWIW mine does not have that plastic piece as noted above I assume it's only on cars w/ the motorized spoiler.
