Anyone convert to Wevo semi solid engine mounts?
I'm planning to exchange the engine mounts on my stock '99 C2. I'm leaning toward a semi solid set up and am considering the OEM RS mounts (which my son has on his 964) as well as the Wevo mounts.
Does anyone here have experience with either the RS or the Wevo mounts?
Thanks!

Yes. There are a number of Wevo reviews here; I think I might have posted one when I dropped them into my car.
*edit* Here's my thread with add'l info: https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...n-finally.html
I think they're awesome...

I installed Wevo yellows on my 996 C4S. They were a very nice upgrade.

Does anyone have any real experience with this? Perhaps a dyno of before and after the mount installations?
JMHO, but there are no knock-sensor issues with using Wevo mounts or even Motorsport solid ones. Those sensors are piezoelectric microphones and tuned to pick up vibrations from the cylinder assemblies, only.
If someone is experiencing a power loss issue, there are plenty of places to look at besides this one that will yield the source of the problem,....

A middle of the road compromise would be the Function First V2 "improved" stock mounts. I installed them and I like them.

I don't mean to force you to write if you already have a knowledge base written up/video somewhere that you can just link to.
