That is a bummer. If it is any consolation, the damage could have been much worse.

re-click the brake to the original 3 click amount

adjust the clamping force so that the wheels now require the same drag to rotate; if you have no "feel" to accomplish this process accurately, then you may want to quantitatively do this by figuring out how much torque the tighter wheel takes to break free/rotate with your torque wrench, then match that torque to the loosest wheel.

replace missing lug bolt and torque

done!
You may also need to adjust the cable tension:
