Video series from dealer tech perspective
Hey guys, I'm preparing to make a video series for my dealership from a technicians perspective. I was just curious if there were any jobs or services that you guys would want to watch see how they're done. Any and all input is welcome. Here is a VERY basic example of what you can expect. https://gopro.com/v/7Ra569ODaBBN Here I'm calibrating the LCA on a 15' base Cayenne. In the official videos you can expect more detail and explanation.

Kind of depends on what the goal is. Is the dealership's goal to educate people on what the repair entails and why they should use your dealership to do that repair? Or is it the point of the videos to help someone who wants to do some of their own work DIY?
I can't imagine why a dealership would want to show people how to do the work themselves and therefore lose business. So I will assume it is the first reason: to educate people on what the dealership will be doing to their car while it is in for that specific service. If that is the case, then you should steer clear of those easy things for the DIYer, like brake pads and rotors. You would want to cover those services that rely on special tools and diagnostic testing with a Durametric.
I would start with an IMS bearing and RMS replacement. Doesn't need to be a step-by-step video like a "how to" video you see on Youtube. But, you'd want to show a small snippet of each step of the process. An example, on my son's 2004 BMW X5, he has a headlight burnt out. No big deal, right? I found a set of replacement headlight bulbs online and went to check to see if there is anything special to do in the replacement process and . . . crap! He's got the facelift model with headlight washers. Guess what? That requires removing the front bumper cover just to swap a headlight bulb. I would think the dealership would want to show all that was involved in changing those bulbs so that the client understands the 3 hours of labor that's going to be charged. Otherwise, the customer is going to be a little pissed and feeling ripped off.

Yes you are correct kcattorney. The videos will show customers/Porsche admirers what's involved in various repairs, big and small. As much as I would love to do DIY, my dealership probably won't let me do that. I am considering starting my own channel featuring DIY type content (I own an 06 Cayman S)
