My 2002 C4S had a really crappy tint job that was peeling and bubbling, I decide to to just remove and not re-tint...i really dig the look, very clean old school Porsche-esque. Here are some before and after shots. Who else prefers the no-tint look on their 996?

I wanted to at first but I kind of like the stock look now. What did you guys get quoted for tint jobs using 3m ceramic, my quote was $225, does that sound right for our cars?

I have tint but do also love no tint... Is it possible to do a non-tinted ceramic to still get uv protection?

I have no tint and do not have any plans to, but your car looked sweet with the tint.

Neither my white 996 or white F80 M3 have tint. I just think it looks so much cleaner.

Thanks, I'm actually on the fence, Florida car and the heat is just unbearable. I'll try tintless for a month and see how it goes.

Your 996 looks super clean, always loved white on 996.

Your car does look sweet without the tint too.

I'm in Daytona Beach. Ive done some sacrilegious things to my C4S DD. LED taillights and blacked out the rear center strip removed the Carrera script

I hate tint, my car has it from the PO. I would love to remove it.
