Chime at speed
Hello all,
01, Carrera Cab, 34k miles, bone stock. Recently serviced for its 30k service.
I have a recent, event.
When i accelerate at speed, say 15 to 60 quickly, The chime noise for my seatbelt goes off. It only goes of once or twice, not continuous, and its fairly annoying.
I'm not sure what it could be, tried the obvious things (like unbuckling the belt) or buckling the passenger seat. No lights or codes on the dash or the radio display...
any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

If you are sure it is the seat belt alarm, then it is probably the latch going bad. I've seen others report needing to replace it (the part attached to the trans tunnel that the buckle goes into). Though it could be that it's plug is loose and just needs to be reseated I suppose.
If you are just guessing that it's the seat belt chime and have the OBC option it could actually be the speed alarm you are hearing. There is a setting in the OBC options that will chime when you hit the set speed. That will be a single chime if I remember correctly.
