Has anyone tried using the lift bars with flat top jacks like the Esco brand? I've never seen the Porken bars so I can't determine if they have a provision underneath to sit on a flat top jack.

The bars are round under the jack points, so they work better with standard U shaped jack stands. I'm sure you could whip up a U shaped piece of steel (a 1-1/2 or 2" pipe cut in half) welded to a flat piece of steel *(to sit on the flat top of the jack stand)...
