Default Toque specs for top idler / deflector pulley bolt?

I'm having trouble deciphering the factory service manual on this one and haven't had much luck in searching. I've seen values of 17ft/lb, 34 ft/lb and 48 ft/lb.

Can anyone confirm? This particular bolt runs through the front of the alternator bracket and screws into the back. It looks like there may be a steel sleeve it fastens into but I can't be sure.

Thank you!
Charlie

theres probably not a spec for something like that, you look at the bolt size and use the spec for that size bolt, check a web site with torque specs

imho use 17 ft lbs because that is all that is necessary to hold the Alt in place securely.Easy to damage things with 48 lb.ft. Remember you have to tap this bolt to remove the Alt next time....
