Your wife...Master Bates. That's awesome. Thanks for throwing me a bone.

Autozone sells stuff they call bumper coating in a rattle can - it dries to a dark gray soft-touch plastic. Pull your radio ***** off, mount them temporarily
So, maybe you can pull your own ***** while Master Bates mounts them?

Good looking car; nice color combo. Welcome to the frat house.

Why yes I did!! They are a great dealer, really took care of me, especially with the seat replacement. Motors were bad and they replaced them free of charge.

And is the CD holder things the actual player portion of the stereo?

Very nice ride. Congrats and welcome!

No, unfortunately the CD holder thing is just that - a CD holder.

Thanks! Through some force that I can't explain my last two cars and current truck have been the exact same forest green. It's grown on me and hopefully it wins some people over!

Huh?!

I'll assume that's some local slang, but it's lost on me. I'm not from around here, but I sure do love it. Close to beach and mountains.

Welcome to Rennlist Dan. Nice to see yet another new Porsche 911 owner. Looks like you bought a nice example and have good things to say about your dealer.

That came as a special option on a few MY 2000. I have one of those rare birds myself!

BTW, welcome. Nice color car.

Well, I must take a moment to thank everyone for the warm welcome, this has got to be the only auto forum where everybody is on the same side. Whether it's battling smoke out of the tailpipes or recovering from a wayward IMSB, someone always has a bit of helpful information. It's really good to see!

I've just received my copy of 101 Projects and I'm excited to dive in! Have a good weekend all!
