Default fixed my ABS/PSM lights

I had been getting the ABS/PSM lights on the dash more frequently lately. So first I cleaned the MAF sensor. That made no difference. I started really paying attention to when the lights would come on and it was always when the brakes were applied. So the local parts stores all needed until at least next Thursday to get a new one in. So I ordered one, but I thought I would take a look at my current switch. I got home pulled it out grabbed the contact cleaner and took it to the work bench. Disassembly is a piece of cake sprayed everything down, then took a paper towel and cleaned all the gunk out. Took a pencil eraser to the contacts and snapped it back together. Viola no lights. I'm going to pick up the new switch when it comes in, but I doubt I'll change it unless this one starts causing issues again.

Glad you got your issue resolved!

I had the exact same problem which was fixed by a new brake switch. I considered cleaning my switch to keep as a spare, but ultimately never did.
