New P-Car owner here (Sept '15)

Car is an 03 C4S with 38k miles. I guess some parts will need to get replaced with time, rather than wear. Attached is a pic the gap between the exhaust and bumper. Would the consensus be to replace this now?

I'm also having H&R Coilovers installed and will add WEVO mounts, if needed.

Yes, it's time to replace them. Had mine replaced a couple of years ago at only about 25K miles.
