Alright my people!!. Idles well, no wierd noises no smoking from the exhaust. Few issues to button up..

1) oil cap has lots of suction on it. AOS is new... so kinda confused there. Should I be worried?

2) power steering line blew smooth out of the connector. Not sure what's up with that. I just pushed it back in but don't trust it

3) small leak at water pump which really sucks so I have to take that back apart.

4) oil pressure was high on first start, like 4-5 on the gauge. After warming up it came down to 1.5-2 at idle. Used to sit around 1.

5) I almost cried from joy when it started up and idled perfectly for about 20 mins. I've run it for about 30 mins off and on at temp.

AOS vacuum - measure it with a digital Manometer - they are cheap now- Amazon Prime !
Imagine the mess you will have to clean up if it is bad ?
And well done - a significant achievement !

The big one is for the A/c. You will find the mating part under the inlet manifold.

Ok. The small spade comes off the compressor. Must be a ground. The larger one connects to the compressor then? I'll look again

Well I'm starting to think these two are mates... I looked around... has to be a match.

Yeah that spade connector plugs into the female I was holding in the photo. That was the power to the a/c compressor.

Yeah, she is doing good. Had to pull the water pump to deal with a gasket issue but other than that it's better than ever!
