Default What do you think this 04 Cab 4S is worth

I have a friend who was looking at this car yesterday, he said it's ultra clean. It's being sold at Mecum auction on Saturday. Considering there is a 5% premium, that's about $1,500....considering that, what do you think is a "great deal" on this car? I can't link the pictures, but you can see it here:

https://www.mecum.com/lot-detail/CH1...iolet/6-Speed/

One owner Texas car
- New Michelin Pilot Sport tires
- 3.6L engine
- 6-speed transmission
- Believed to be 36,000 actual miles
- Clean Carfax
- Atlas Gray Metallic exterior
- Black leather interior
- 2 Sets of keys
- Heated seats
- Wind screen
- Bose high end sound package
- Remote 6 disc CD changer
- E77 small carbon package
- Xenon headlamp package
- Stainless steel exhaust pipes
- MSRP $99,340

At Mecam auction you should get it for well under $30000. The owner should take the reserve off it at $25000. That's what I call a real good deal.

25k seems low for a c4s. 30k is reasonable

Dunno, I would go even further than that at $35k being reasonable with a $30k reserve. Only because low mileage, 6speed, good color combo, one owner, TX, C4S cabs are fairly rare relatively and were only sold in 1 year. Most of the cabs seem like they're geared towards cruiser types and a lot of them have Tips in them.

Let the fantasy bidding begin...

$25,000? At that price I would buy it in a heartbeat with sub 40k miles. More like $30,000-35,000.

The car would be $2,500 + 5% buyers premium which is actually $26,250.

I am asking what would be a "great" deal as I do not see a reason to buy a car like this at auction if you can't drive it, etc. for money you could buy it on the open market.

Looks like Atlas grey, if so that's a very nice car. Id say anything under 30 is a great deal.

I think cars like this sell low at auction, only the collectables do reasonably well. so its a good place to get a deal on usable type cars

Actually the last few 996s I've seen go at auctions have sold at or higher than the market value.

04 C4S cabs or coupes here LA dont go less then 35k with those miles. Anything less then 30k would probably trigger a red flag for me as most likely the owner is hiding something. And dont tell me that ls why you get a thourall PPI, as they are human beings just like the rest of us and they also might not catch everything. So basically you get what you pay for.

I've got 25k burning a hole in my pocket. This is a car I would definitely flip if I got it for 25k
