80 percent for me. I love the damn thing. Its great because even though I'm a lazy driver I don't mind shifting. I like it because I can keep it in the proper gear for the speed I'm going instead of 5th which in my opinion it gets into to quickly in the automatic mode. Its a pretty dated transmission compared to the ones they have now but it works fine for me.

80+% for me and when I am in the auto mode I downshift quite a bit as it drives me crazy sometimes how fast it runs through the gears in city traffic.
