996 led tail light causing multiple issues blown fuse?
 

OK I bought my car with led tail lights they I believe are high quality the problem is both connectors were plugged in I read online that doing so will blow a fuse or relay Somewhere anybody know which one? The issues are the turn signals are hyper flashing and also my head lights won't turn on most of the time and my license plate lights won't turn on.

Pull the fuse box cover. Inside there should be a fold out paper with your fuse diagram. Are you sure you hooked up the wiring correctly? LED's have polarity, meaning they will not work hooked up one way and work fine hooked up the other way (the positive and negative wires switched). Also, LED's draw less current which is why you need to sometimes use a resistor to make it work right. Just some ideas....

If your turn signals are hyper flashing, this is an indication of not enough load on the circuit, i.e. you need a resistor in parallel to load the flasher circuit to get it to normal resistance. Sounds like whoever did your install skipped a few steps. Personally, I would just go back to regular bulbs and if that fixes it for you, sure seems like the easy way to do it.

As far as the headlights and license plate lights are concerned, we need more info. What kind of bulbs? Xenon or halogen? Have the license plate bulbs been modified?

The lights came with resistors the main plug and the resistors only plug in one way so it isn't possible to connect them wrong from there.

I believe I have two issues going on first is with the led tail light resistors and the head light and license plate light issue I believe is the head light switch from what I read. My head lights are bi xenon

Sounds like you have the Ebay LED tails, not the Depo/Dectane ones. Do a search. There is a wire for the rear side marker that is polarized. If it's plugged in wrong it will blow a fuse. The hyper-flashing can be corrected by replacing the flasher with one designed for LEDs.
