Cobalt Blue over Black in the US? Does it exist?

While wading through all of the want ads (and if you've visited the "Found it on Craigslist Today" thread, you can tell that's what I've been doing), I've really started to like Cobalt Blue (in addition to Guards Red, Speed Yellow and Seal Gray). But, anything except a black interior is a deal killer for me. It seems like all of the Cobalt Blue cars have
either gray or saddle interior. After searching for just pictures of 996s in Cobalt Blue, the only ones I see with black interior are in the UK.
So, my question is, has anybody seen a Cobalt Blue over Black interior 996 (NA or Turbo) in the US? Is it a unicorn?

Cobalt blue is definitely a nice color. I can see why there are hardly any with black interior. Kind of like lapis blue or midnight blue with black interior -- black just doesn't go with blue exterior unless it's a light blue.

996.2 C2 in Cobalt Blue owner here.
A lot of people hit the nail on the head - it is indeed a rare colour. I have only seen another Cobalt Blue 996 (or Cobalt Blue Porsche for the matter) here in Vancouver. I even managed to park right behind it one evening. Interestingly enough, it had a black interior.

Cobalt Blue on black exists and I've seen 2 in the states, both 996 C4S's.
I just sold my C4S and it was Cobalt Blue on Graphite Grey.
Approx 3K option for the paint.

Here's every 996 911 I could find nationally when I was buying a few months ago. Blue on Black is really rare, this is every single one that was for sale under $30k.
