I love the new front spoilers from Better Bodies (GT3Tek), they recently moved to Anahiem CA.

Rugged? not sure I understand what you mean, but I'll take that as a compliment. I like it, some may too and others will not.
Not sure how much the front chin will keep her down at high speeds, but it looks cool, lol!
and, I don't have to worry about any of it flying off at highway + speeds after a year.

.1 & .2 Aero Kit Carreras:
.1 Is a Genuine Kit. .2 has a genuine front bumper, Better Bodies side skirts, and Getty Design GT3 insert wing.

front bumper was OEM from Rose Passion
https://www.rosepassion.com/en/diagr...146?r=kva8bpc2
side skirts were installed by previous owner, but this is a good price (esp if you want to add the rear spats too)
https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/996G1SS.html
Tailbase/wing is the tough one. New is quite expensive ($6-7k).
OEM

It will take some time to find one used. Be careful as even the embossed markings are seen on some copies (there was one on eBay a while ago). Look for the metal strip that bisects the top vents. Also need to make sure it's not damaged as repair can be cost prohibitive. Check all the forums - I ended up finding one on 6speedonline.
If you can't find a used one, this may be worth going aftermarket (Getty or Mashaw seem to have the best reputations; Mashaw also sells a harness)

Definitely worth waiting for a solid used oem lid, however the mashaw lid looks intriguing. The air duct for the aero .1 lid that he advertises is interesting. I’ve seen some posts years ago regarding that duct. I wonder if there is any general benefit creating more of a “ram/forced” style air into the intake. I’ve always wondered with the stock lid whether that affect somewhat occurs as well even without the actual directional scoop.

I might pick up one of the GT3Tek front chins so I don't have to pick up a Mk1 Aero bumper. I just don't have the space to store a whole bunch of extra bumpers!
Looking good, Nick! Border's opening soon - you should come up, and we can play with the Turbo

My friend and I did the paint work and install on these parts so I think I can give you a fair assessment on the quality of the parts. I'm fortunate to have a good friend who does paint and body work.
The front bumper fitment and quality is perfect as you would expect from a Genuine Porsche part.
The side skirts were okay. If you go with the better bodies side skirts, make sure you let them sit in the sun for a bit and lay them flat so they take their shape before paint and install. There were a few spots in the corners of the skirt that requires a little filler because of small air pockets during manufacturing. It was minimal in comparison to other parts my friend has seen. They include the factory clips to mount the side skirts to the underside of the car. I ended up getting extra clips for some extra security. While the visible edge (below the door) looks good, the edge under the car was wavy once mounted. Heat and the extra clips helped fix that. They took some work but for the price, they're hard to beat. The one weird thing is the driver's side skirt was slightly longer than the passenger side. If you look closely at the pictures below, the skirt is just a little long in front of the rear wheel. The passenger side's skirt length was perfect.
As for the wing. Overall, I'm happy with it. It's pretty passable. The lower edge isn't super flush against the deck lid but the upper edge is perfect. Here is a better pic next to my friend's GT3. Let me know what you think:
